Meghan Thomas, a versatile force as the Emotional Expedition Podcast host, breathwork teacher, life coach, yoga instructor, and sound healer, joins forces with Jaime "JJ" Weisberg, a positive psychology coach and founder of Northbound Mind + Body Shop, and Tracy Dando Mergler, an empowering eating disorder and body positivity Recovery Coach and President of Safe Space Organization.
Their collaborative magic took flight with a breathtaking 1-day retreat at Vanderkamp this past October, leading to the birth of the Root to Rise Community Membership.
